Many people come to me because their life is painful right now, and yet the events that caused the initial pain may have occurred long ago. My work helps heal the parts of the past that are connected with your present life, so that you may experience more peace, joy and freedom now. With others, such as teens or people who are experiencing anxiety, the present pain is often connected to a fear of what might happen. Here, we address negative thoughts, helping you feel more connected to yourself and your positive Life Energy. But we don't stop there. I work with body, mind and Life Essence. Therapy is a deep experience. You will stretch yourself as I help you access your own inner resources, such as your courage, your wisdom and your integrity. You will leave each session with much to reflect upon. As well, I anchor insight with practical steps forward in your daily life.
All of my workshops are a combination of teaching, practicing and self-reflection. The outcome is that the learning is personal, long-lasting and deep. Come prepared to be actively involved in your own learning!
Developing, Practicing and Mastering Inner Leadership (3 days)
To lead others, we must first lead ourselves. In this experiential workshop, we focus on professional relationships, personal motivation and people development.
Mastering Inner Leadership for NGO's (3 days) True Leaders don't create followers. True Leaders create more leaders. How can you motivate volunteers? What has to change in order to lead others for a common purpose? (Hint: It's not the other guy...)
Meditation Workshops (1-4 days)
Some forms of meditation may fit you better than other forms. In this workshop, we learn and experiment with many types of meditation. On Day 1, we connect in to ourselves through guided meditation. On Day 2, we explore who we are and the possibilities in the midst of others. On Day 3, we explore our connection to this remarkable world. And on Day 4,.. well, you'll just have to come and experience it!
Advanced Meditation Workshops (4 days)
A deep dive inside, then connecting out and up. Sometimes we even dissolve the barriers and we are immersed in Universal Life Energy. For those who have attended one of my meditation workshops, you are welcome to expand further and free yourself into the Limitless.

In this workshop, you will learn about the mind/body/brain connection, practise self-soothing techniques and get in touch with that calm, still place deep inside of you. You will be able to make better decisions that fit with your personal desires, experiencing peace within yourself and peace in your relationships.
Anxiety Groups and Depression Groups Levels 1 and 2 When you talk to yourself, what do you say? Learn how to decrease your worries and increase your happiness. Take steps to address what you are thinking and feeling, and how to stop the negativity. Connect with others who are struggling with similar issues. Come away with a renewed sense of peace and motivation.
